Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the approach of Imaging Beyond Ltd to understanding and addressing potential modern slavery risks related to our business and supply chains, and the steps we take to prevent slavery and human trafficking. Modern slavery encompasses slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and similar forms of exploitation.

Our Commitment

Imaging Beyond Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not take place in any part of our business or supply chains.

We are committed to upholding human rights and fair labour practices and to conducting our operations responsibly, reflecting our values as a healthcare technology organisation working in partnership with clinical, academic, and commercial stakeholders.

Supply Chain and Supplier Standards

  • Anti-corruption and anti-bribery

  • Respect for human rights and fair labour practices (including modern slavery)

  • Payment of the National Minimum Wage and Living Wage where applicable

  • Whistleblowing and the reporting of concerns

Key suppliers are subject to appropriate due diligence checks and periodic review, proportionate to the nature and scale of the services provided.

Policies and Governance

In addition to the above, Imaging Beyond Ltd implements and enforces policies relevant to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking, including:

  • Recruitment and employment policies, including commitments to lawful employment practices and payment of the National Minimum and Living Wage as appropriate

Due Diligence Processes

We recognise our responsibilities under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and are committed to transparency within our organisation and across our supply chains. We do not knowingly enter into commercial relationships with any organisation involved in slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking.

We expect all organisations with whom we do business, or seek to do business, to comply with the principles of the Modern Slavery Act and to act consistently with our anti-slavery objectives.

Effectiveness and Reporting

We monitor the effectiveness of our approach through periodic review of modern slavery risks, incident reporting, and whistleblowing mechanisms. Any relevant incidents are escalated to the Board where appropriate. Our policies and processes are reviewed regularly to ensure they remain compliant with legal requirements and proportionate to the scale and nature of our business.

During this reporting period, there have been no reports of slavery or human trafficking within our business or supply chains. This is supported by the following:

  • All employees are paid in accordance with National Minimum Wage requirements

  • Supplier and contract management processes are in place

  • No reports have been received from employees, the public, or law enforcement agencies indicating the presence of modern slavery practices
